Placement Cell
Placement Cell is introduced in Success Point College to provide various trainings and behavioural management programmes to develop employability skills including the life skills among the students and enable placements and internships.
The students who perform well in the placement cell will be directly recommended by the college to the employers of well-known employers, especially, who are associated with the placement cell activities.
Placement cell is managed by the HR manager. Every activity conducted by the Placement Cell is recorded and evaluation is done.
The programmes conducted under the Placement Cell will be measurable in terms of the improvement of skill/behaviour/attitude or removal of unwanted behaviour/habit/attitude. It helps the students to see the progress they make and the positive changes in their skills.
The attendance and the completion of tasks/assignments for each programme is mandatory to continue to participate in the programmes conducted by the Placement Cell and to get preference for the placement.
